When asked why he chose this line of business, he stated
“…because I enjoy producing.” After years of working through the evolution of the Production Industry, Dredrick has seamlessly produced shows through technology and creative design; curating engaging experiences that help tell the clients’ stories; while providing their audience with an unforgettable event.
With a firm background in music production — Dredrick pivoted to live production to fill the gaps he witnessed firsthand while on tour and during live events.

Chivonne Hyppolite, our lead project manager, is in the trenches tackling the daily logistical needs of our projects. To ensure that we remain within the scope and on schedule, you’ll find Chivonne flawlessly planning, executing, monitoring, controlling,
and closing out projects with ease.
Known for her love of all things events, Chivonne is a globe-trotting professional who has perfected her craft by staying in tune with the latest project management systems, making sure every project is efficient and streamlined until completion.
